Make a Difference. Build a Rewarding Career at CAPS.

We’re looking for passionate BCBAs and Behavior Technicians who want to help children on the autism spectrum and their families thrive.

Our team is the heart of CAPS. Every BCBA and Behavior Technician we hire becomes part of a coordinated care team working alongside our PEERS and life-coaching staff, so the children we serve get support for the whole family, not just one piece of the puzzle.

Why Work With Us

A Mission Born at Home

Our founders are parents of a child who received ABA. We know what families need because we’ve lived it, and we built CAPS to deliver it.

Mentorship is built into how we work. Regular supervision, feedback, and training help you sharpen your clinical skills and grow into your next role.

A Clear Growth Path

Many great BCBAs started as Behavior Technicians. We’ll help you grow into the clinician you want to be.
